Deliverables prepared for a client are governed by that client's service agreement.

What our measurements are — and what they are not
Signal Forge measures how AI systems represent a business at the time of measurement. Our reports document observed evidence and measured AI responses on a dated snapshot.
AI systems change continuously and are operated by third parties outside our control. A later measurement that differs from an earlier one is not a contradiction — observing change over time is the point of the work.
No guarantee of rankings, recommendations, or outcomes
We are direct about this because it is central to how we work:
Signal Forge identifies opportunities, implements changes where appropriate, and measures observed outcomes. Because AI recommendation systems evolve continuously and remain outside the control of any individual organization, no specific recommendation, ranking, visibility, lead generation, or business outcome can be guaranteed.
We do not promise that any AI system will recommend you, mention you, rank you, or describe you in any particular way, at any time.

Our work involves third-party AI systems, and our site may link to third-party websites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, availability, or practices.
