Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026

Signal Forge respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We collect only the information reasonably necessary to provide our services and communicate with you.

Who we are

Signal Forge ("we," "us") measures how AI systems represent businesses. You can reach us at hello@signalforgecorp.com or (623) 400-2252.

Information you give us

When you submit a contact form, email us, or call us, we may collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, and whatever you choose to tell us about your business or inquiry. We use this only to respond to you and, if you become a client, to deliver the work you've engaged us for.

Information collected automatically

When you visit our website, our hosting provider records standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time of visit. This is used to keep the site secure and functioning.

Contact forms

Information submitted through a contact form is delivered to our business email and stored so we can respond and maintain a record of the conversation. We do not use contact-form submissions for advertising, and we do not sell them.

Client records

If you engage us, we keep a business record of the engagement: your contact details, the business and market being measured, correspondence, and the deliverables we produced. These records are kept in access-controlled company systems.

Phone calls, voicemail, and transcription

Our business phone number is operated through Twilio. If you leave a voicemail, the recording may be securely transcribed so we can respond accurately, and the recording and transcript may be delivered to our business email and retained as part of our business records. Our greeting discloses this before you leave a message.

AI providers used during analysis

Our measurement work involves submitting standardized questions about businesses and markets to third-party AI systems — currently ChatGPT (OpenAI), Claude (Anthropic), Gemini (Google), and Perplexity — and recording how those systems respond.

Two things are worth stating plainly:

We also use AI-assisted tools internally to help analyze and draft, with human review before anything is issued. See our AI Disclosure and Responsible AI Statement.

Cookies and analytics

Our website uses only what it needs to function. Our hosting provider may set strictly necessary cookies to keep the site secure and available; these cannot be switched off without breaking the site. We do not currently use advertising cookies, and we do not track you across other websites. If we add analytics or other non-essential cookies, we will say so here and, where required, ask for your consent first.

How we use information

To respond to inquiries; to deliver and support our services; to keep records of our engagements; to operate, secure, and improve our website; and to meet legal and accounting obligations.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of reputable providers to run the business — including Google Workspace (email, calendar, documents), Cloudflare (website hosting and security), and Twilio (business phone, voicemail, transcription). They process information on our behalf under their own terms.

We do not sell your information

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We share it only with the service providers above, or where required by law.

Data retention

We keep information only as long as we need it: inquiries for a reasonable period to follow up, client records for the duration of the engagement and afterward as required for legal, tax, and business purposes. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or render it unreadable.

Data security

We use reputable providers, limit who can access information, and collect as little as we can. No system can be guaranteed perfectly secure, and we don't claim otherwise. See our Security Statement.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to hello@signalforgecorp.com. You can opt out of any marketing email using the unsubscribe link in that email. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws; write to us and we will honor them.

Children

Our services are intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top and post the revised version here.
